Jen is passionate about helping people navigate dietary and lifestyle changes so they can thrive at life regardless of what ales them. She is confident that through her guidance her clients will find solutions quicker than what she has found in her own health journey. She has suffered through fatigue, weight gain, ringing in the ear, brain fog, unrestful sleep, inability to focus, cold hands and feet, bloating, etc. Has been diagnosed with Hashimotos, anemia, fibroids, severe mold allergy/toxic mold exposure, heavy metals, MTHFR double gene mutation, candida, SIBO, parasites, and adrenal fatigue. With every new diagnosis came a new way of eating to navigate through Low-FodMAPS, Low Mold, Paleo, AIP, Keto, Low Sugar to treat which every symptom was showing up, some helped others did not, but at the end of the day something was still missing and this was why Jen pursed Nutritional Therapy.

In her free time Jen loves to spend time with her husband Ken and dog Truus hiking, mountain biking and exploring nature. She loves all things healthy living and looks forward to assisting you in your journey.
