We understand that having your visit covered by insurance is ideal for most patients. That's why we work diligently to offer in-network coverage for as many insurance plans as possible for all of our providers. 

Self-pay discount: For patients without insurance coverage for care we offer a time-of-service discount for self-pay patients who are able to pay in a timely manner. Please call the office for more information. 

Medicare and TriCare: Unfortunately Medicare and Tricare do not cover Naturopathic Care or Acupuncture. However, in Oregon there are several Medicare supplemental plans that offer this such as Moda, PacificSource, and Regence. Call the office or work with your insurance agent for further assistance. We are also thrilled to announce Crystal Yarnall, FNP who will be joining us in March of 2021 and will be able to take these insurances once paneled. Stay tuned! 

Medicaid/OHP: We are excited to announce that Dr. Blevins can now take both Medicaid "Open Card" and Cascade Health Alliance (CHA). **Please see the New Patients tab for further information regarding new patients**

Moda, BCBS, Cigna, Providence, Aetna, HealthNet, FamilyHealth, PacificSource, United: In-network for naturopathic care. Call your insurance to verify your naturopathic benefits and co-pay.  **Please see the New Patients tab for further information regarding new patients**

Massage: If you have massage benefits or would like further information about billing insurance for medical massage therapy, please call the office and speak with Vikkie. 

Acupuncture: Jackie Landrum, LAc can currently accept PacificSource, Moda, and Medicaid. Check your benefits and whether your plan requires a referral for further information.
