Judy moved to Klamath Falls 30 years ago with her family. Klamath is now home! She is a very proud mother to 3 grown children and has 3 amazing grandchildren. She enjoys reading, traveling, her fur-babies and animals of all types. She loves her "labor of love" as a Phlebotomist and Clinical Medical Assistant with Wholesome Family Medicine. At the top of Judy's bucket list is a trip to Africa. Judy is one of the MAs here at WFM and helps manage our Covid vaccination effort along with our Regeneron treatments. 

Dr. Blevins was born and raised in Moab, Utah but has been an Oregonian for the last 15+ years. She enjoys BMX with her family, riding horses, and spending time in the kitchen cooking delicious and nutritious meals. She founded WFM in 2017 and is proud of the team that has grown from very small beginnings!

Jen relocated to Klamath in 2020 from SoCal with her husband. In her free time Jen loves to spend time with her husband Ken and dog Truus hiking, mountain biking and exploring nature. She also helps to coach the OIT volleyball program. She loves all things healthy living and looks forward to assisting you in your journey. Jen offers an amazing nutrition resource here at WFM. 

Lisa has lived in Klamath Falls since she was six. Also known by those she is close to as "the crazy cat lady" as she loves her cats and treats them like they are spoiled humans. She is a busy wife of a wonderful husband and five grown children. She spends her spare time holding and loving her new grandson and is anxiously awaiting two more baby granddaughters due in January 2022. Lisa loves her job as a phlebotomist and Medical Assistant. After working years in labor and delivery, Lisa is enjoying the change of pace and the full spectrum care that comes with working here at Wholesome Family Medicine as one of our amazing MAs! 

Crystal Yarnall, FNP, was born and raised in Debuque, IA. She joined the WFM team in March, 2021 and has become an essential part of our team. In her off hours she enjoys cheering at her family's football games and theater/choir endeavors. She is currently practicing holistic primary care and we are so lucky to have her in Klamath! 

Cyndi is a lifelong Klamath resident, mother to two beautiful girls and bonus mom to two handsome boys. She is currently working medical records and managing incoming communications. 

Rose was born and raised in Crescent City, CA but has called Klamath home for many years. Mother to one wild girl and notorious for her green thumb. If you're looking for some dilly beans or spicy canned deliciousness, your taste buds need look no further! Rose currently mans the front desk ship and helps with anything else needed! 

Jackie is a lifelong equestrian, hopes to get back into it, loves spending time with her chihuahua , loves spending time with family, playing tennis, hiking, and traveling to Central Oregon. Jackie currently offers acupuncture at WFM. 

Vikkie is one of the most helpful people you'll ever meet with a kind heart. In her off time she enjoys kayaking and playing in the mud whether in a Jeep or on a quad. Mom to 2 boys and married to her high school sweetheart she loves calling Klamath Falls home. Vikkie helps to manage the front desk, billing, and anything else that needs some love!
