Jennifer Patzke, MA, LPC has over 20 years of experience working as a therapist in the mental health field. She works with working professionals, parents, young adults and teenagers; and she supervises therapists in the area. Jennifer is known for her supporting clients in developing warm confidence and trust, and she specializes in a number of areas including mood disorders, identity issues, trauma, family dynamics, and facilitation of successful transition. She grew up in the Klamath County and is delighted to be focusing her therapy practice in serving the local community.

Jennifer has specialized training/certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in the use of trauma and many other areas as well as Brainspotting and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  She generally approaches her work with clients through the lens of the family systems model and works objectively, meeting where they are at and empowering them to take the lead in their own treatment.

Jennifer has worked as a lead child abuse assessment interviewer, served as an expert witness in court, worked as an investigator with child protective services, worked in county mental health serving children and families, and most recently served as the Clinical Director for ten years for a young adult transition program in Klamath County serving students and families from all over the world.


Jennifer is pleased to be joining Wholesome Family Medicine and is currently accepting clients for counseling and individual therapy.
